People who are looking to build a house often share the same concern: how much will my new home really cost? Most custom builders will quote you a base price with a half dozen or more allotments- a ballpark estimate of what you might spend by picking these items out. In the end, the customer is forced to choose between reducing the quality of their selections or having the cost of their home go up.
At Schumacher Homes, we do things a little differently. When customer's are viewing our home designs online, they have the option to get a quote for any of them right away. And not just any quote, an exceptionally detailed quote with any changes or extra features included that they know they want. Of course, these quotes can be changed and modified whenever the customer wants to; but we want our customers to be fully informed of where each and every dollar of their money will go. No hidden fees, no unwelcome surprises.
